Established in 2019, UCHealth Greeley Hospital is a 50-bed, acute-care hospital providing high-quality outcomes in Greeley, from diagnostic tests to surgeries and treatments. In addition to the residents of Greeley, UCHealth Greeley Hospital is a convenient choice for the communities of Ault, Eaton, Evans, Johnstown, Kersey, Milliken, Severance and Windsor.

Virtual Urgent Care
Visit with a physician by video using your computer, tablet or smartphone in the convenience of your home, office or a location that is convenient for you. No drive time, no waiting room, no need to get out of your pajamas (if you don’t want to).
You’ll be seen and treated by a UCHealth medical professional just as if you were visiting one of our many health care facilities.

Your Virtual Urgent Care visit may be covered by insurance. If it’s not covered, you will be charged $59.
Types of illnesses treated in a Virtual Urgent Care visit:

Get With the Guidelines®
Providing optimal health care requires staying on top of constantly advancing treatment recommendations. That’s why we follow the latest guidance from the American Heart Association. Its Get With The Guidelines® program, helps ensure that patients get up-to-the-minute scientifically based treatment. We’ve been recognized for adhering to those exacting guidelines, helping patients live longer, healthier lives.
The American Heart Association/American Stroke Association recognize this hospital for achieving 85% or higher compliance with all Get With The Guidelines®-Stroke Achievement Measures and 75% or higher compliance with five or more Get With The Guidelines®-Stroke Quality Measures for two or more consecutive years and achieving Time to Intravenous Thrombolytic Therapy ≤ 60 minutes 50% or more of applicable acute ischemic stroke patients to improve quality of patient care and outcomes.
Target: Type 2 Diabetes Honor Roll™ — A national honor roll program for hospitals participating in Get With the Guidelines® (HF, Stroke) to reinforce evidence-based guidelines with hospitals that qualify for a Silver level or higher Achievement Award in the related Get with the Guidelines module. Hospital must be able to demonstrate at least 90% compliance for 12 consecutive months (Calendar Year) for the “Overall Diabetes Cardiovascular Initiative Composite Score” measure in the selected module.
UCHealth Greeley Hospital (GH) was designated in 2024 as an American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Pathway to Excellence® hospital.
