Virtual Visit

What is a virtual visit?

Visit with a physician by video using your computer, tablet or smartphone in the convenience of your home, office or location that is convenient for you. No drive time, no waiting room, no need to get out of your pajamas (if you don’t want to).

You’ll be seen and treated by a UCHealth medical professional just as if you were to visit seen face-to-face in one of our many health care facilities.

Your virtual visit may be covered by insurance. If it’s not covered, you will be charged $49.

Types of illnesses treated in a Virtual Visit:

Sharing My Health Connection accounts

Adult Access

My Health Connection’s adult access allows a person designated by you to log into their account to access your health information. This service can also be used by legal guardians or caregivers with Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare of dependent adults to access portions of your medical record.

If you have a My Health Connection account, you can request this access electronically. Navigate to “My Tools” and select “Share My Account”. You can also complete the My Health Connection Adult Authorization Form and mail it to the address listed on the form

Child Access

My Health Connection’s child access can be used by parents or legal guardians with Durable Power of Attorney for Healthcare of dependent children to access portions of the child’s medical record. Access is unrestricted for patients under the age of 14. Patients aged 14 to 18 may have the legal right to consent to certain types of medical treatment themselves, without the necessity of parental or guardian consent. While parents and legal guardians will always have the right to request copies of complete medical records for their children as permitted by law, UCHealth respects the rights of these young patients to confidentiality regarding their medical care.
