On Saturday, October 23, My Health Connection and the UCHealth Mobile App will undergo maintenance updates. Please expect My Health Connection to be unavailable between 2 a.m. – 3 a.m. Thank you for your patience.

Because we are in a health care setting, masks are required in all facilities, even if you’re vaccinated. Thank you for helping to keep our patients and staff safe.

COVID-19 Vaccines:

We are providing vaccines to Colorado residents age 12 or older. Immunocompromised people can now get a third vaccine dose (booster), and booster shots are available for those in phases 1A and 1B.1 (high-priority groups, including health care workers, people age 70 and older and first responders) to give them an extra layer of protection.

With My Health Connection, you can:

  • Schedule COVID-19 testing
  • Message your doctor
  • View your medical record
  • Schedule an appointment
  • Pay your bill
  • Receive appointment reminders
  • Renew or refill a prescription
  • Complete a Medical Power of Attorney and Advance Directives

If you think you may already have a My Health Connection account, check to see if we have your username on file.
