In 2015, our clinic received its national re-certification at the highest level as a Patient-Centered Medical Home.

This care model harnesses the power of the electronic medical record to provide more consistent, higher quality primary care to the entire patient population.

The primary care doctors at UCHealth Primary Care – Estes Park (Timberline Medical Center) are the friendly faces that help get you healthy and keep you healthy. We’re also the people you see at the gym, at the grocery store and at soccer practice. We have been helping people feel better for 25 years.

Clinic renovation

We’re renovating our clinic to improve your visit with us. Thank you for your patience during construction!

The three phases of this project:

I. Now through August: increasing the size of the waiting room, moving the receptionists, and building two ADA-compliant bathrooms. A room for the clinical staff will also be built. Patient parking remains outside the building, and signs will direct you to the temporary main entrance.

II. From August through December: adding two additional exam rooms, and moving the procedure room and lab.

III. Construction continues in non-patient areas.
