UCHealth and Integrity Urgent Care are joining forces to create a wider network of health care for communities in El Paso County and Colorado Springs.

Integrity Urgent Care includes three locations in Colorado Springs, and its 22 health care providers are known for offering expert medical care with little to no wait and no appointment needed. Its staff and providers will join UCHealth through the acquisition, with physicians and physician assistants joining UCHealth’s physician practice, Colorado Health Medical Group (CHMG).
Integrity Urgent Care, which has three locations in Colorado Springs, has joined UCHealth.
Colorado Springs patients will have access to the very best care, close to home, no matter what services they need.

“Our patients will continue receiving excellent, high-quality care and service after we join UCHealth,” said Integrity Urgent Care CEO Lori Japp, PA-C. “But by joining with UCHealth, our patients will also have access to primary care, advanced treatments and the nationally-renowned experts within this excellent health system whenever they need those services.”

Integrity Urgent Care locations will benefit from UCHealth’s electronic medical record, enabling immediate access to patients’ health information and seamless transfers among urgent, primary, specialist and hospital care. The shared electronic medical record will also enable more efficient patient care.

UCHealth and Integrity Urgent Care just finalized the acquisition, and patients will begin to see the benefits of this partnership later this summer. UCHealth currently operates an urgent care facility at Circle Square in Colorado Springs in addition to operating Memorial Hospital, Memorial Hospital North, and numerous primary care, emergency and specialty care facilities in El Paso County. CHMG represents almost 500 health care providers in Colorado, southern Wyoming and western Nebraska.
Patients in Colorado Springs will now have greater access to UCHealth through Integrity Urgent Care locations across the city.
