The board certified OB/GYN doctors, certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioners at UCHealth Women’s Care Clinic – Longmont offer a broad range of basic and specialized medical and surgical services to women of all ages.

Our specialists are dedicated to serving Longmont and surrounding communities and have practiced in Longmont for years. We practice and deliver at UCHealth Longs Peak Hospital, where we bring a new level of health care to the Longmont area.

  • Primary and recurrent pelvic organ prolapse care and management.
  • Urinary incontinence diagnosis and management.
Teen health
  • Annual well-woman exams, including pap smears.
  • Consults with adolescents that cover menstrual cycle regulation and/or birth control discussions.

    • We offer the Gardasil® HPV vaccination for teens.

Scheduling

My Health Connection: your online patient portal

We encourage all our patients to sign up for My Health Connection. This is your personal patient portal to request prescription refills, view your medical records or test results and to contact our office.

Online scheduling is currently not available. Please call our office to schedule your appointment.

Please provide all the following information at your scheduled appointment:

  • Photo ID
  • Insurance card
  • Referral (if needed)

To allow enough time to complete your check-in process, please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

We require 24 hour advance notice if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment. If you have young children who will be accompanying you to your appointment, please try to bring another adult with you to sit with the children during your time.

Insurance

Our office participates with many different insurance companies. Because insurance plans, policies and laws often change, please contact your insurance company to see if we are a contracted provider. >> Find insurance and billing information

Please notify us if there is an insurance plan change, coverage change or insurance loss so we can properly bill your claims in a timely manner.

Birth Center tour

Birth Center tours at Longs Peak Hospital are scheduled every Tuesday at 6 p.m. and the second Saturday of each month at 10 a.m. Online registration for a tour at Longs Peak Hospital is available.

Childbirth preparation classes

Classes are scheduled throughout the month. Online registration is available.

Longs Peak Hospital offers a variety of breastfeeding classes and lactation support groups.
