We have been serving the community for over 40 years since forming in Fort Collins and expanding to become the premier provider of heart and vascular care in northern Colorado, Wyoming and western Nebraska.

We offer diagnostic testing to best suit the needs of our heart and vascular patients with state-of-the-art equipment. Some of these include:

Scheduling
Please call our office to schedule your appointment.
At your scheduled appointment, please provide the following:
- Photo ID
- Insurance card
- Referral (if needed)
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow enough time to complete your check-in process.
We require 24-hour advance notice if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment. If you have young children who will be accompanying you to your appointment, please try to bring another adult with you to sit with the children during your visit.

Insurance
Our office participates with many different insurance companies. Because insurance plans, policies and laws often change, please contact your insurance company to see if we are a contracted provider.

U.S. News and World Report: High-Performing Hospital
UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies was ranked as a high performing hospital in transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) by U.S. News and World Report.
Quality indicators considered in this ranking include areas such as survival, volume, readmission prevention and patient experience. Hospitals that earned a high performing rating were significantly better than the national average and are among the top 15% in the country for TAVR.
