New ER Construction Underway in North Longmont

UCHealth's new ER helps address a need for more, and better, emergency care across Colorado

UCHealth is building a 7,500 square foot emergency room on North Main Street in Longmont.

According to UCHealth, a recent study showed a need for more, and better, emergency care across Colorado.

“The American College of Emergency Physicians gave Colorado a D+ grade for access to emergency care in 2014 on their Emergency Medicine Report Card,” said Dan Weaver, director of Communications for UCHealth. “This report shows the need for increased access to emergency medicine, not just in Colorado, but also across the nation.”
