We know the typical ways you used to train and keep active have been majorly interrupted by the coronavirus health crisis — but you don’t have to let that stop you with these at-home exercises. The trainers and physical therapists at UCHealth have come up with at-home programs to stay on top of your game — or simply keep moving — while you’re staying in.

With Sports Performance powered by Elite Speed and our team of physical therapists, there are truly no excuses. So, let’s get creative together with what we have around the house and use our homes and neighborhoods — with the proper social distancing — to our training advantage.

Watch. Perform. Repeat. And stay in your game. (Don’t forget to keep checking our playlist for new at-home exercises from our experts.)
