UCHealth Primary Care – Craig is your full service primary care in Craig, Colorado. We have six medical providers, and same day appointments are available on most days.

When looking for a primary care doctor in Craig, Colorado, UCHealth Primary Care is there for the whole family.

Our services

Adult Care. As your patient-centered medical home, our six physicians provide wellness exams, chronic disease management, and geriatric medicine.

Pediatric Care. Four providers offer pediatric care, well child checks, immunizations, episodic events, injury care, and school physicals.

Worker’s Comp. We coordinate work injury care with medical home management, working with individuals and businesses. Employee drug screenings are available.

Women’s Health. Personalized women’s health services are offered by female physicians. Services include annual exams, clinical breast exams, birth control, and prenatal care. Our physicians also coordinate with local OB’s for delivery.

Laboratory Services

Hours of operation: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Walk-in’s are accepted, but appointments are preferred.

Your questions

Does UCHealth Primary Care – Craig take Insurance? Yes, we accept most insurance plans. You will be asked to bring your insurance card to your appointment. Registration co-pays, as required by your insurance plan, will be collected during your appointment. An additional co-pay is not required for lab services that occur during the same visit.

Does UCHealth Primary Care – Craig perform school physicals? Yes, our providers offer school physicals or same-day sports physicals. Appointments can be scheduled anytime. Bring your child’s school physical form, insurance card, and immunization records. School physicals take approximately 15-30 minutes and cost $15.

Impact testing is not performed at this location, but is offered at the UCHealth SportsMed Clinic at UCHealth Yampa Valley Medical Center in Steamboat Springs.
