I try and treat patients as I would like to be treated and every person is as important as the next, we all share this world and should treat each other with respect and empathy no matter what our differences are.

I am a Colorado native. I started my medical career in the United States Coast Guard as a corpsman. After serving 5 years active duty, I received an honorable discharge and went on to UCDavis for my Physician Assistant education. I return to Colorado in 1998 to work for in internal medicine and have been here since. I have to wonderful daughters, my oldest is a Clinical Pharmacologist at Swedish Hospital in Denver, my youngest in in the 7th grade and enjoys 4H and reading every book she can get her hands on. My husband is a brand inspector for the State of Colorado. We live on a small farm and enjoy the company of a multitude of animals.
