Executive Health Program
The Executive Health Program is a comprehensive wellness program encompassing preventative, primary and diagnostic care. A state-of-the-art risk assessment works to identify potential health issues so that our providers can provide a prescription for a healthy lifestyle. All diagnostic test results are explained by the physician and are available immediately following a physical. This program saves time by condensing 4-6 appointments into a one-day comprehensive wellness exam and analysis.

Pavilion Health
The Pavilion Health Program is a small, innovative primary care practice committed to providing exemplary, personalized medical care. An internist manages each patient’s specialists and helps them understand their care while offering the option to make longer appointments to explain complicated information and answer questions. By having access, patients get the opportunity to build a continuous relationship with the same doctor.

Patient Navigation
The Patient Coordinated Service team helps you navigate the UCHealth system. Capabilities include:
– Matching patients with the right specialist.
– Facilitating specialty appointments.
– Triaging medical situations.
– Giving advance notice for emergency room arrivals.
– Escorting patients to appointments.
– Arranging for discreet entry and exit for medical appointments.
– Helping with billing questions.
– Helping expedite medical record releases.
