UCHealth and its affiliated providers are now more accessible than ever on the individual health insurance market.

Open enrollment began November 1 and runs through January 15 on Connect for Health Colorado, the state’s health insurance exchange, and people are able to choose from a variety of plans that will begin January 1, 2024.

For those Coloradans seeking comprehensive coverage that includes in-network access to all of UCHealth, CU Medicine, Intermountain Health, AdventHealth and other affiliates, they can choose from the Select Health Value and Value CO Option plans. New to the insurance exchange in 2024, Select Health represents a collaborative effort between UCHealth and Intermountain Health, offering exceptional care and value.

Additionally, the Anthem Pathway and Pathway CO Option plans feature UCHealth and CU Medicine providers in their network.

UCHealth is not in-network with any Anthem Pathway Essentials plans.

“UCHealth and our broad network of doctors and facilities across the state are focused on improving the lives of our patients, each and every day. Together with health insurance companies and our physician and APP partners, we are also working to reduce health care costs and offer excellent plans with competitive premiums,” said Dr. Peg Reidy, UCHealth’s chief medical officer.

There are a few additional plans that include select UCHealth facilities in-network along the Front Range:

  • Colorado Springs and Woodland Park: UCHealth Memorial Central and Memorial Hospital North, UCHealth Grandview Hospital, and UCHealth Pikes Peak Regional Hospital are in-network with Select Health, Anthem Pathway, Cigna Connect and Kaiser KP Select plans.
  • Fort Collins, Loveland, and Greeley: UCHealth Medical Center of the Rockies, UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital, and UCHealth Greeley Hospital are in-network with Select Health, Anthem Pathway and Cigna Connect plans.

Open enrollment runs from November 1 to January 15, and plans have effective dates of January 1 or later. The Connect for Health Colorado site can help individuals and families compare different health insurance plans and determine if they qualify for financial assistance.
