Doctors at Memorial Hospital have seen an uptick in kids falling out of windows in recent months. According to Dr. Adam Gorra, pediatric surgeon and medical director for pediatric trauma at Memorial Hospital Central, kids between 18 months and 4 years old are most at risk. Their injuries can range from bruises, to broken bones, to more serious consequences.

Laura Kent, with the injury prevention group Safe Kids, wants to help parents avoid these kinds of incidents.
