I believe in providing compassionate, patient-centered care and empowering patients to become their own best advocates. I strive to provide quality care by establishing strong partnerships with my patients and emphasizing patient education and shared decision making. I utilize an integrated approach to treat the whole patient, focusing on physical, mental and emotional health. I deeply believe in preventative care and working together as a team to prevent disease and promote wellness.
I was born in Mexico but was raised in the Roaring Fork Valley since a very young age. I am proud to call Colorado home. I enjoy spending time with my husband Jonatan and Lexi, our black German Shepard pup. In our spare time we enjoy cooking, baking, running, and exploring the great outdoors that Colorado has to offer.
