It can be extremely difficult going through a health related crisis, especially one caused by trauma. In my opinion, it is our responsibility as medical practitioners to respectfully earn our patient’s trust as we assist them through these difficult circumstances, while providing the best care possible. Listening carefully to patients, their families, and to the health care team, allows for a more discerning approach and, a more successful health care experience.
It is a privilege to participate in the lives of our patients as we help them navigate the challenges of their health concerns. They deserve the best we have to offer.
I spend as much time as possible with my family, enjoying the great Colorado outdoors.
