A patient’s goals are at the forefront. Acceptance of who they are and their life experiences is of extreme importance to me. In my practice I pull from evidence-based practice modalities, including behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavior therapy. I see behavior as influenced by a person’s social environment and through a lens of state-dependent functioning. A motto I strive to live by in my professional and personal life is to always stay curious and never make assumptions.

I live with my partner, three young children, and two dogs. I have lived in South Carolina, California, Georgia and New York. We moved to the Denver metro area in 2018, and we love getting outdoors as a family!
