I believe in treating the whole person, not just the problem.  I value getting to know mu patient’s interest, hobbies, and lifestyle and truly understanding how that may impact their recovery.  I do my best to individualize each of my patient’s home programs to fit into their schedule and while maximizing their gains.  I believe it is important to combine both manual therapy techniques (soft tissue mobilization, join mobilization, trigger point dry needling) and therapeutic exercise to recovery as quickly as possible.

About Me:

As a Wisconsin native, I do my best to take advantage of all the outdoor activities Colorado has to offer! When I am not in the clinic, you may find me skiing, hiking, camping, biking, or spending time with my dog.  I love taking road trips with friends to explore new places in this great state and our neighboring states.  Being an active person myself, I have had my fair share of injuries and I look forward to helping you through yours!
