Prerequisites for application:
- PharmD degree and eligibility for Colorado licensure
- College transcript, curriculum vitae, three references, and a letter of intent submitted through PhORCAS
- Minimum GPA 3.0
If hired, you will need to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in the United States.
If selected, you will be invited for a personal interview. The interview includes a tour of the facility and one-on-one time with the preceptors, residency program director, director of pharmacy, and current PGY1 residents. You will be asked to give a 30-minute clinical presentation to the staff.
