Prerequisites for PGY1 application:

  • PharmD degree and eligibility for Colorado licensure
  • College transcript, curriculum vitae, three references, and a letter of intent submitted through PhORCAS
    • Two of three required references must be completed by a clinical preceptor
  • Minimum GPA 3.0

Prerequisites for PGY2 application:

  • Completion (or presumed completion) of a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency
  • PharmD degree and eligibility for Colorado licensure
  • College transcript, curriculum vitae, three references, and a letter of intent submitted through PhORCAS

If hired, you will need to provide evidence of your eligibility to work in the United States.

If selected, you will be invited for a personal interview. The interview includes a tour of the facility and one-on-one time with the preceptors, residency program director, pharmacy leadership, and current residents.
