  • Exercise to increase endurance, strength and flexibility.
  • Nutritional counseling.
  • Education on breathing strategies and managing lung disease.
  • Support groups.

Our pulmonary rehabilitation program includes exercises to strengthen your body and mind. From COPD, emphysema and interstitial lung disease, to asthma and other lung diseases, our specialists have helped many people realize their full potential for recovery.

A customized approach

Whether you have been newly diagnosed, are preparing for lung surgery or a lung transplant, or are simply focused on maintaining your lung health, we will create a customized approach that is right for you.

The program involves three sessions per week over a span of 12 weeks. The pulmonary rehabilitation team works with your primary care physician throughout the program. Our team of rehabilitation specialists provide the support you need to make real progress in managing your lung condition.
