We also provide full-service hearing evaluations and treatment for adults.
For appointments, our clinic requires a referral from your primary care provider.
Services we provide
Sleep apnea: specialized treatments
Many people aren’t able to use or get consistent benefits for their obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) by wearing a CPAP mask. If your CPAP mask is not working for you, we offer surgical treatment options to help you sleep better at night without it.
Inspire. This therapy is designed for patients with moderate to severe OSA who haven’t had success with CPAP. Inspire consists of a breathing sensor and stimulator with a small battery that’s surgically implanted and delivers a mild electrical charge to key muscles to keep your airway open during sleep.
Sleep surgery. For OSA patients with documented CPAP failure, sleep surgery may be an option. We do a comprehensive airway evaluation to pinpoint where the obstruction is happening, and then offer a personalized approach to determine if surgery is right for you.

My Health Connection: your online patient portal
We encourage all our patients to sign up for My Health Connection. This is your personal patient portal to request prescription refills, view your medical records or test results and to contact our office.
Please call our office to schedule your appointment.
To allow enough time to complete your check-in process, please arrive 20 minutes scheduled appointment.
Please provide all the following information when you arrive:
- Completed patient information packet
- Insurance card
- Photo ID
- Referral ID (if needed)
Note: we require 24-hour advance notice if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment.

Insurance
We participate with many different insurance companies. Because insurance plans, policies and laws often change, please confirm with your insurance company that we are a contracted provider.
