While on a ski trip, Becky experienced chest pain and numbness in an arm. First she went to the hospital in Frisco, Colorado. Then she traveled by ambulance to St. Anthony’s in Lakewood. During a heart procedure there, her heart arteries essentially exploded. “I don’t personally remember anything then for the next seven days,” Becky said. She was flown to University of Colorado Hospital where machines kept her alive.
