I am dedicated to living a life of integrity and to serving those in need with the highest levels of warmth, kindness and compassion. As a behavioral health provider, I utilize evidence based practices to help patients gain the skills needed to handle the internal and external stressors in their lives. I believe in and value building a relationship of trust from which to allow for an environment of healing. I am strengths based and believe most all people have the capacity to participate in their healing process. I particularly work with people who experience depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, as well as with people who are struggling with a medical condition in themselves or a loved one. I value collaboration with patient treatment team, as permission is given.

I have lived in Larimer County for most of my life. I have two adult children and three grand children. I have provided support over the years to aging parents and family members who have since passed, which has provided a wealth of experience and an optimistic outlook of hope, healing and deepened compassion.
