Patrick Carter, DO is a longtime Colorado resident. is a third generation graduate of Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO. He completed his residency at the Colorado Springs Osteopathic Foundation. He is board-certified in family medicine and specializes in osteopathic health and wellness. Dr Carter has been a hot air balloonist since the early 1970’s, and enjoys flying over Colorado as the pilot of the family hot air balloon, “Colorado High”. He is an outdoor enthusiast and gathers often in the mountains with his large extended family and many dogs.
