My approach to patient care is based on “Patient-Centered Care” philosophy.
Patient-centered care focuses on the patient and the individual’s particular health care needs. The goal of patient-centered health care is to empower patients to become active participants in their care. This requires that health care providers develop good communication skills and address patient needs effectively. Patient-centered care also requires that the health care provider become a patient advocate and strive to provide care that not only is effective but also safe.

I have been apart of the Estes Park community since 1981. My wife, Vicki has taught at Estes Park Elementary for over 30 years. Faith, our oldest daughter is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pediatrics. Anna will be a junior at Western Colorado University in Gunnison and will be playing basketball for the Mountaineers. She is an Elementary Education major.
