A CU Medicine provider.
I strive to provide the best care by utilizing a compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based approach. I believe in understanding patients in the context of their lives in order to meet them where they are in order to foster engagement in a meaningful life and improve functioning.
My free time is mostly spent with my husband and our two cats. I love spending time with my family, reading, and getting outdoors.

- Clinical interest for patients

One of the wonderful things about being a psychologist is that I get to assist with a wide range of concerns. I enjoy helping patients improve habits that support their health such as managing anxiety, depression, and improving sleep. Other areas of interest have been managing chronic health concerns such as diabetes or chronic pain. I am passionate about integrating behavioral health as a routine part of healthcare.
