As an anesthesia provider, I aim to provide safe, effective and compassionate care to my patients. I strive to maintain the highest level of skill and knowledge through continued study and research. I am devoted to excellence in the duties that I perform, and I accept only the highest standards of care given to our patients by myself and my colleagues.
I grew up in a small town called Preston, Idaho. I moved to Utah as a teenager and graduated from Northridge High School. I joined the Army Reserves shortly after graduating as a Combat Medic. I then married my high school sweetheart, Caitlin. I served one year in Iraq in 2009. Afterwards, we had our first child, Madilyn, at about the same time that I earned my degree as a registered nurse in 2011. I worked as a nurse for several years at McKay Dee Hospital in the operating room and the intensive care unit. We had our second child, Quinten, in 2014. I finished my Bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Utah in 2016. We moved to Tampa, Florida so that I could train as a certified nurse anesthesia program at Barry University. Finally we are in Colorado and excited for this adventure!
