UCHealth Radiology – Windsor, a service of UCHealth Poudre Valley Hospital, provides specialized radiology services in your neighborhood, close to your home.
We are closed weekdays from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. and on major holidays.

How do I get a copy of my images and report?
Please call our Archive Center at Poudre Valley Hospital 970-495-8604 or Medical Center of the Rockies 970-624-1400. You will be asked to sign a release of information consent and provide identification at the time you pick up your information.
Can someone else pick up my information for me?
Yes, you may have someone else pick up your information. At the time you call for your imaging record, you will be asked to provide the name and means of identification for the person who will pick up your imaging information. This person will then need to provide our staff with that same information at the time of the pick-up.
Why did I receive two bills?
You will receive two separate bills. One is for the technical service provided by the hospital. The second bill is the professional fee from the Radiologist who interpreted the images.
How much will my imaging procedure cost? Do you take my insurance?

Can UCHealth send the results to more than one healthcare provider?
Yes, Please inform our Imaging staff when you arrive for your procedure.
When will I get results?
Results are available to your doctor or health care provider in 24 to 48 hours, however, it may take longer for your healthcare provider to contact you.
