In 2012, this clinic was selected by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to take part in the Comprehensive Primary Care Initiative. This initiative is a national four-year pilot project to test innovative payment and service delivery models that have the potential to keep health care costs down while improving the quality of care.
