Our UCHealth Longmont Clinic ear, nose and throat (ENT) team provides proven medical and surgical care for a range of ear, nose and throat disorders.
ENT disorders. Common disorders can include sinus problems, sleep apnea, tonsil and adenoid surgery, nasal obstructions or deviated septum, voice and swallowing disorders and other head and neck problems.
ENT physicians (otolaryngologists) may also perform cancer surgery or surgery for hearing loss or chronic infection.

To allow enough time to complete your check-in process, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

UCHealth participates with many different insurance companies. Because insurance plans, policies and laws often change, please contact your insurance company to confirm whether we are a contracted provider.
Please notify us if you have an insurance plan change, coverage change or insurance loss, so we can properly bill your claims in a timely manner.
