The UCHealth Aspen Club, in partnership with Sharing the Care Campaign of northern Colorado, continues to highlight the importance of discussing end-of-life health/medical issues, or “advance care planning.”
Learn about advance directives
Advance directives are legal documents that allow your doctors and loved ones to honor your wishes regarding your medical treatment. These documents only take effect when you are unable to make health care decisions for yourself.
