My philosophy of care centers on a holistic approach. I have a particular passion for preventive medicine, which began with my undergraduate studies in nutrition and exercise science. Caring for patients across all stages of life, including women, children and older adults, is an important part of my practice. I value building authentic, honest relationships with my patients and working collaboratively with them to achieve their health goals to provide individualized care that supports both their health and overall well-being.
Originally from a small town in Virginia, I made the move to Colorado for residency and decided to stay. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog, Callie. When I’m not working, you’ll often find me doing arts and crafts, staying active or reading. I love finding a balance between an active lifestyle, creative hobbies, and spending time with friends and family.
