Dr. Thomas R. Martin, D.O., is a compassionate physician dedicated to patient-centered care rooted in the principles of osteopathic medicine. He focuses on treating the whole person–mind, body, and spirit–while emphasizing prevention, accurate diagnoses, and personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.

Dr. Martin earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine in 1993 and developed a broad clinical skill set through diverse training and years of hands-on experience. He is known for attentive listening, clear communication, and building strong relationships with patients and families.

Committed to lifelong learning, Dr. Martin stays current with evolving medical advancements and collaborates closely with colleagues to ensure high-quality care. He values trust, education and empowering patients to take an active role in their care.

Outside of practice, he lives in Berthoud, CO with his lovely wife of 32 years, has two grown children, Tristan and Claire. He worked for 30 years in Binghamton, Nancy, and NY, as a Family Physician and was the Associate Program Director of the Guthrie-Lourdes Family Practice Residency for 12 years. He and his wife moved to Colorado to enjoy the beauty of the region and to fulfill a dream of living in the foreground of the Rockies. He loves golfing,
hiking, and cooking.
