My approach to practice is patient-centered care. I believe it is essential to try to understand what my patient’s physical and mental health goals are, and their experiences that have led them to where they are today. I am passionate about preventative care, how lifestyle can affect health and symptoms, and keeping an open mind to help find different ways of maintaining or improving health. My goal is to provide guidance and support with the understanding that physical and mental health goals are unique to the individual.
