I am grateful to have over 30 years of experience providing clinical services across the age, culture and diagnostic spectrum. Treatment generally begins with a collaborative and strengths-based inquiry to more fully identify the cognitive and behavioral patterns, concerns and stressors the patient has discerned as roadblocks to improved wellness and optimal quality of life.

I am skilled in many evidence-based, trauma-informed modalities that, in conjunction with the safety and possibility of the therapeutic relationship, can offer the engaged patient a transformative pathway to healing, change and improved interpersonal connections.

Some of the modalities that I most frequently utilize are: Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Exposure Therapy (ERP), EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with family, cycling, trail running, reading and writing.
