I recently graduated from Colorado State University-Pueblo with my Master’s in Nursing and dual certification in adult/gerontology acute care and family nurse practitioner.
Prior to becoming a practitioner, I worked at Parkview from 2019 to April of 2026 as a registered nurse, starting in the cardiology unit and later transferring into the NeuroTrauma ICU. My experiences in both settings taught me the value of communication and collaboration, which have helped shape my commitment to safe coordinated care and long term relationship with patients.
I believe that care should be individualized, compassionate, collaborative and evidence-based. I practice with empathy, active listening and honest communication. My acute care experiences have taught me how to be reflective, share perspectives and value patients’ needs to meet their personalized goals. I value shared decision-making and empowering patients with knowledge so that they can play a role in their health.
Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, friends and three cats. Hiking, exploring national parks, hockey and traveling are a few of many things that bring me joy. I am not a Pueblo native, but graduated from East High School in 2009. I am proud to call this little-big town home and love watching this community grow. I am grateful to serve the medical needs of Pueblo.
