My philosophy of care centers around ensuring that each woman has a comfortable experience no matter the circumstance. I believe in promoting overall wellness of mind and body through education and communication.

I have worked in nursing for more than twenty years. It has always been an incredibly fulfilling profession no matter the area I explored. I found my ‘forever home’ in Women’s Health in 2012. My family is originally from New England, and we are proud to Colorado home. I have been happily married for over twenty years. My husband and I have spent much of that time raising our five growing sons. We enjoy adventuring as a family on new outdoor experiences. My favorite outdoor activity is running, although snowboarding is a close second. I also very much enjoy hiking, biking and mixed martial arts.
