My passion for primary care is rooted in helping each individual improve their overall quality of life. I take a holistic approach to health, recognizing the interconnected roles of physical, mental and spiritual well-being. I am committed to providing patient-centered care grounded in shared, goal-oriented decision-making, with treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs and values. I completed my Physician Assistant training in Montana and gained clinical experience across Montana, Wyoming and Colorado, which has shaped my adaptability and appreciation for caring for diverse patient populations.

I find great joy in getting to know my patients and building meaningful, lasting relationships over time. As a family practice provider, I strive to serve as a trusted first point of contact, guiding patients as they navigate their healthcare and supporting them in achieving long-term wellness.

I grew up in Woodland Park, Colorado, a small town in the foothills of Pikes Peak, and I am grateful to now call northern Colorado home. My husband and I met while completing our undergraduate degrees at Colorado State University, and our shared connection to this community has made it especially meaningful to return. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, and our dog and cat. We stay active and connected through shared interests such as cooking, singing, mountain biking, skiing and taking advantage of Colorado’s outdoors.
