I value the opportunity to deliver comprehensive, evidence-based care to patients of all ages, from newborns to the elderly. I stress the importance of a healthy lifestyle for both health maintenance and disease treatment. My commitment is to build strong therapeutic relationships and offer the support, education, and tools necessary for my patients to reach their health goals.
I grew up in Boulder and took an unconventional path to becoming a family doctor, initially studying political science and math at the University of Puget Sound. Drawn by the mountains, I worked as a ski instructor and EMT in Vail before attending medical school in Chicago and residency with UC Health in Fort Collins. Colorado is my home, and I love spending time outdoors with my wife and two toddlers, enjoying activities like biking, skiing, and hiking.
