I love to help my patients incorporate lifestyle medicine approaches in addition to using standard medical tools to achieve their goals and improve their health.
I have worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner in primary care in the Northern Colorado region for 14 years and I value the relationships I have made with my patients, their families and local medical professionals.
My family is my greatest joy, and I value the time we spend together, especially in nature. My husband and I have two young sons, who are learning to ski and enjoy biking, camping and gardening.
