I am interested in lifestyle medicine approaches and focus on a balance between adapting lifestyle changes and standard medical practice. I enjoy spending time with my family (especially in nature) whether hiking, biking, skiing, gardening or camping. I have a young family and understand how to help families navigate a complicated medical system.
