I am a dual board-certified Internal Medicine and Pediatrics physician who enjoys caring for both adults and children, especially those with complex medical needs. My work includes both primary care and hospital medicine, which allows me to care for patients across all stages of health and illness while building long-term relationships with individuals and families. Having grown up in the Yampa Valley, I feel incredibly grateful to return home and care for the community that helped shape me. I am passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate care across the age spectrum and especially value partnering with patients and families over time to support their overall well-being. My approach to medicine is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and thoughtful communication, with the goal of helping patients feel heard, supported, and empowered in their care.
Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our two children. We both grew up in Steamboat Springs and feel fortunate to call the Yampa Valley home. In my free time, I enjoy knitting and sewing my own clothes, watercolor painting, and sketching. I also enjoy spending time outdoors skiing, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, trail running, and rafting.
