As a board certified family physician, I feel passionately about collaborating with patients to optimize health and maintain wellness. Though I am well-versed in all aspects of family medicine, I enjoy preventative care and nutrition. I have also studied medical acupuncture, which has broadened my approach to medicine. Thinking holistically, I like to incorporate alternative treatments, like nutrition, medical acupuncture and other manual therapies, and I also aim to address behavioral and social aspects of health.
I love to travel to learn about different cultures and try different cuisines. I am very active and love to cycle, run and do yoga. My husband and I get outside to hike, camp and backpack as much as we can. Our son already enjoys being outdoors and would rather skip a nap than miss out on an opportunity to go for a hike!
