I strive to make my office an inclusive setting, where everyone feels safe to be themselves. As an Osteopathic Physician, I was trained to care for the whole person; mind, body and spirit. I focus on preventative care and use a multidisciplinary approach to help facilitate the right care for my patients. I also believe in an integrative approach to healthcare, meaning there are safe, complementary therapies to conventional medicine. I enjoy being active and plan to stay that way as long as possible; my goal is to help my patients do the same.

I grew up in the Black Hills of South Dakota and worked as a seasonal Park Ranger and EMT at Mount Rushmore National Memorial while in college. I love the outdoors and frequently go there to recharge. Camping, hiking, running, skiing and snowboarding are just a few of the many activities I enjoy. I also practice yoga regularly and would like to get back into wheel thrown pottery.
