I strive to make my office an inclusive setting, where everyone feels safe to be themselves. As an Osteopathic Physician, I was trained to care for the whole person; mind, body and spirit. I focus on preventative care, evidence-based medicine and use a multidisciplinary approach to help facilitate the right care for my patients. I genuinely enjoy getting to know my patients and the continuity of care family medicine provides.

I grew up in the Black Hills of South Dakota and worked as a seasonal Park Ranger and EMT at Mount Rushmore National Memorial while in college.

I enjoy being active and plan to stay that way as long as possible; my goal is to help my patients do the same.

I enjoy trail running and ultramarathons, wheel-thrown pottery, yoga and spending time with my family.
