I received a master’s and bachelor’s in biomedical engineering from Drexel University. I attended medical school at SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. I then completed family medicine residency in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, with Penn Medicine-Lancaster General Health and a primary care sports medicine fellowship with Wake Forest University/Wake Forest Baptist Health in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. I am board certified in family medicine and have a Certificate of Added Qualification in Sports Medicine. My approach to patient care is to understand the patient—who they are, what their values are and what their goals are—to then make a decision together to address their health concerns. I enjoy helping people regain or maintain an active lifestyle.

I am married with a son and daughter.
