Dr. Kari Coffey is an Internal Medicine physician practicing at UCHealth Internal Medicine – Park West.

She’s a Colorado-native who grew up in Falcon, CO. She attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins for her undergraduate studies, where she earned two degrees, one in Biological Sciences and the second in Biomedical Sciences. She then pursued her medical education at Rocky Vista University, College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, Colorado. Dr. Coffey completed her Internal Medicine Residency at Parkview Medical Center, where she was named the Inpatient Insulin Coordinator and Ambulatory Chief Resident.

Dr. Coffey enjoys educating her patients and advocating for their health. She also really enjoys managing a myriad of endocrine disorders such as diabetes and thyroid disorders.

When she has time away from her practice, Dr. Coffey enjoys spending time gardening, baking, watching sports, and spending time with her family and their two dogs.
