Listening to understand, to validate and to ultimately care for you in the best way possible. Working with you as you progress towards the healthiest and best version of yourself. Engaging the full spectrum of medical expertise and serving as your advocate as we navigate the health care system. I believe in preventive care, the power of vaccines and the importance of our lifestyle choices. I acknowledge that medicine is as much art as science and that what is right or wrong with us has much to do with our individual life experiences. Your stories and your experiences are an important part of your health.

I live in the mountains west of Denver at 9,000 feet with my wife and 2 cats ( brothers ). I am the proud father of three children and am married to my college sweet heart from Wheaton College. I enjoy most every activity outdoors and recently combined this with medicine to study wilderness medicine in austere environments. I like to run and exercise and have run numerous marathons including Boston.
