I strongly believe in the importance of listening and finding solutions that work for my patient. I don’t believe that medicine is a one size fits all approach. I like spending time getting to know my patients and understanding how their health is impacting their life. I strongly advocate maintaining a healthy lifestyle, regular activity and managing stress while understanding just how challenging that can be at times. I love getting to know my patients and their families and working with them to help them live healthier lives. I specialize in family practice and am experienced in dealing with all family practice concerns, but am especially passionate about women’s health, sexual health and serving our military families.
Teamwork is what makes health care successful. It is very important that as a patient, you have an effective and caring team on your side. Dr. Alex Constantinides and I are both on the same team.
We work closely together to ensure that you have better access and consistent quality care. We truly enjoy getting to know our patients and their families and working with them to help them live healthier lives.
I grew up in Colorado Springs, graduated from Air Academy high school and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder. I met my husband one weekend skiing in Winter Park. Since then we have spent the last 20+ traveling around the country as a military family which has given me great insight into the unique struggles our military families face. After my husband retired from the military, we decided to move back home to Colorado Springs. We have two wonderful children and two (most of the time) lovable dogs. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, hiking, traveling, reading and enjoying our beautiful state.
