I am a classically trained osteopathic physician and believe in making healthy living choices and promoting the body’s natural ability to heal itself before implementing pharmacotherapies. I have always been an advocate for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, regular activity and managing stress.
It is also very important that as a patient, you have an effective and caring team on your side. Jill Collier, NP, and I function as that team. We work closely together to ensure that you have better access and consistent quality care. We strongly believe in the importance of listening and finding solutions that work for our patients. Jill and I enjoy getting to know our patients and their families and working with them to help them live healthier lives.
I serve as the Medical Director for the UCCS Master’s in Athletic Training program and volunteer as the Team Doctor for Doherty High School. I am a Certified Ringside Physician and work most of the professional boxing and Mixed Martial Arts events in Colorado. I serve as the Physician Advisor Board Member for the Colorado State Combative Sports Commission. I have appeared multiple times with the Ultimate Fighting Championship, Showtime boxing, HBO Boxing, NBCSports and many others. I am also an avid outdoorsman and enjoy fly fishing and mountain biking.
