I entered medicine to first and foremost help care for others. The complexity and resilience of the human body is awe-inspiring, and I greatly appreciate the opportunity to navigate its problems alongside patients. I believe the patient and provider are a team and that patients should have an active role in decision making. It is my job to serve as an advocate and educator for the patient, and for us to work together to make informed care decisions.
I enjoy spending time outdoors taking advantage of all that beautiful Colorado has to offer. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children and our golden retriever.
